Glutatyon S-transferazlar (GSTs) çok sayıda kemoterapötik ilaçların metabolizmasında rol oynayan detoksifikasyon enzimleridir. GST'lerin aşırı ekspresyonu kanser kemoterapi direnci ile ilişkilidir.
