Glutation S-transferases (GSTs) er avgiftning enzymer involvert i metabolismen av mange kjemoterapeutiske legemidler. Overuttrykk av GSTs er korrelert med kreft kjemoterapi resistens. En måte å motvirke denne fenotypen på er å bruke inhibitorer. Denne protokollen beskriver en metode ved hjelp av en spektrofotometrisk analyse for å screene for potensielle GST-hemmere.
