Præsenteret her er en protokol til effektiv undertrykkelse af hepatitis B virus (HBV) replikation i mus ved at udnytte adoptiv celle overførsel (ACT) af stamcelle-afledte viral antigen (AG)-specifikke T-lymfocytter. Denne procedure kan tilpasses til potentiel ACT-baseret immunterapi af HBV-infektion.
