Hier beschreiben wir ein Protokoll, um die Prenylation und Guanosin-5'-Triphosphat (GTP) untersuchen-Laden von Rho GTPase. Dieses Protokoll besteht aus zwei detaillierte Methoden, nämlich Membran Fraktionierung und ein GTPase verbundene Immunosorbentprobe assay.
