In dit rapport beschrijven we de drie-dimensionale huid te reconstrueren model dat de menselijke huid nabootst in de architectuur en compositie. Melanocyt fysiologie, melanoomprogressie en het lot van dermale stamcellen zijn onderzocht met behulp van de huid te reconstrueren model. Het model is ook bruikbaar als een preklinische hulpmiddel voor drugs beoordeling.
