Kontaktløs dielectrophoresis (cDEP) oppnår sortering og berikelse av partikler via sine iboende dielektriske egenskaper. Fluidic elektrode kanaler erstatte metallelektroder tradisjonelle til DEP, passet cDEP til ikke-ødeleggende steril karakterisering og sortering av biologiske partikler. Vi demonstrerer hvordan å forberede en cDEP microdevice og gjennomføre celle karakterisering og sortering eksperimenter.
