We beschrijven een methode die immunomagnetische kralen en fluorescentie-geactiveerde celsortering combineert om gedefinieerde immuuncelsubpopulaties van perifere mononucleaire bloedcellen (monocyten, CD4 + T-cellen, CD8 + T-cellen, B-cellen en natural killer-cellen) te isoleren en te analyseren. Met behulp van deze methode kunnen magnetische en fluorescerend gelabelde cellen worden gezuiverd en geanalyseerd.
