Quantitativer SERS-Nachweis von Harnsäure durch Bildung präziser plasmonischer Nanoverbindungen in Aggregaten von Goldnanopartikeln und Cucurbit[n]uril
Ein Host-Gast-Komplex aus Cucurbit[7]uril und Harnsäure wurde in einer wässrigen Lösung gebildet, bevor eine kleine Menge in die Au NP-Lösung für die quantitative oberflächenverstärkte Raman-Spektroskopie (SERS) mit einem modularen Spektrometer gegeben wurde.
