Dit protocol is te herstellen en zeldzame doelcellen een mengsel met de doelsoort achtergrond cellen voorbereiden moleculaire genetische karakterisering op het niveau van één cel. DNA kwaliteit is gelijk aan niet-behandelde afzonderlijke cellen en zorgt voor eencellige toepassing (beide screening gebaseerd en gerichte analyse).
