In this video, we demonstrate the real-time visualization of blood cell-endothelial interactions in the mesenterial veins of a mouse model injected intraperitoneally with lipopolysaccharide.
Protocol
All procedures involving animal models have been reviewed by the local institutional animal care committee and the JoVE veterinary review board. 1. Animal Handling, Preparation and Induction of Inflammation Use 4 – 6 week-old male mice with a weight range of 16 – 20 g.
