Nous présentons ici un protocole de détection optique haute résolution d’informations chimiques autour de dispositifs médicaux implantés avec imagerie chimique par luminescence excitée par rayons X (XELCI). Cette nouvelle technique d’imagerie est développée dans notre laboratoire qui permet d’étudier la biochimie des infections associées aux implants.
