Dit protocol beschrijft een procedure voor het construeren van koolstofvezel micro-elektrolectrode arrays voor chronische en acute in vivo elektrofysiologische opnames bij muizen(Mus musculus)en fretten(Mustela putorius furo) uit meerdere hersengebieden.
