Nåværende metoder for å måle alkoholfølsomhet i Drosophila er designet for å teste grupper av fluer. Vi presenterer en enkel, rimelig, høy gjennomstrømningsanalyse for å vurdere alkoholsedasjonsfølsomhet i et stort antall enkeltfluer. Metoden krever ikke spesialiserte verktøy og kan utføres i et laboratorium ved hjelp av vanlige materialer.
