Graft-versus-host sykdom er en stor komplikasjon etter allogen benmargstransplantasjon. Dendrittiske celler spiller en kritisk rolle i patogenesen av graft-versus-host sykdom. Den nåværende artikkelen beskriver en ny benmargstransplantasjonsplattform for å undersøke rollen som dendrittiske celler i utviklingen av graft-versus-host sykdom og graft-versus-leukemi effekt.
