Vi beskriver detaljerede protokollen til DNA origami-baserede samling af guld nanorods i chiral plasmonic metamolecules med stærk chiroptical svar. Protokollen er ikke begrænset til chiral konfigurationer og nemt kan tilpasses fremstilling af forskellige plasmonic arkitekturer.
