Nous présentons un protocole pour la génération d'un faisceau ionique de faible énergie isotopique purifié 229Th à partir d'une source de 233U. Ce faisceau d'ions est utilisé pour la détection directe de la désintégration de l'état du sol de 229 mde th par le canal de désintégration de conversion interne. Nous mesurons également la durée de vie interne de conversion de 229mTh ainsi.
