Her beskriver vi en protokol for at undersøge prenylation og Guanosinmonofosfat-5'-trifosfat (GTP)-lastning af Rho GTPase. Denne protokol består af to detaljerede metoder, nemlig membran fraktionering og en GTPase-forbundet immunosorbent assay. Protokollen kan bruges til at måle prenylation og GTP indlæsning af forskellige andre små GTPases.
