نقدم هنا، بروتوكول مفصل للتفريق بين الخلايا الجذعية البشرية pluripotent (هبسكس) في البنكرياس/العفج هوميوبوكس البروتين 1+ (PDX1+) الخلايا لتوليد الأنساب البنكرياس استناداً إلى النمو غير مستعمرة نوع أحادي الطبقة فصل الخلايا المفردة. هذا الأسلوب مناسبة لإنتاج الخلايا المستمدة من هبسك متجانسة، والتلاعب بالجينات والفرز.
