Her præsenterer vi en mus hjernen vaskulær permeabilitet analyse ved hjælp af intraperitoneal injektion af fluorescerende sporstoffer efterfulgt af perfusion, der er gældende for animalske modeller af blod - hjerne barrieren dysfunktion. Én hemi-hjerne bruges til vurdering af permeabilitet kvantitativt, og den anden for tracer visualisering/immunfarvning. Proceduren tager 5-6 h for 10 mus.
