Este protocolo es recuperar y preparar dianocitos rara de una mezcla con las células de distintos antecedentes caracterización genética molecular a nivel unicelular. Calidad de ADN es igual a las células no tratadas y permite aplicación unicelular (ambos proyección base y objetivo análisis).
