Denne protokollen er å komme seg og forberede sjeldne målcellene fra en blanding med ikke-mål bakgrunn celler for molekylær genetisk karakterisering på encellede nivå. DNA kvalitet er ikke behandlet enkeltceller og tillater encellede program (begge screening basert og målrettet analyse).
