Hier beschreiben wir ein Verfahren zur Aktivierung und Ausbau menschlichen NKT-Zellen aus losem T-Zellpopulationen mit künstlichen Antigen-präsentierende Zellen (AAPC). Die Verwendung von CD1d basierenden AAPC bietet eine standardisierte Verfahren zur Erzeugung hoher Anzahl funktioneller NKT-Zellen.
