Een efficiënt systeem van de structuur en functie analyse van een gen in een<em> Ex vivo</em> Cultuur van milt B-lymfocyten wordt beschreven. Deze methode maakt gebruik van recombinante retrovirale de productie in een helper gratis, ecotrophic verpakking cellijn. Stabiele, erfelijke expressie van een gen van belang in primaire lymfocyten wordt bereikt leidt tot productie van antilichamen op het oppervlak B-cellen die een klasse switch recombinatie.
