Introduction

在公共场所佩戴口罩可以防止吸入传染性飞沫及其随后的呼出和传播,从而阻止传染病的传播1.尽管降低呼吸道病毒传播风险的效果仍然存在争议,但戴口罩仍然是社区中人们选择防止飞沫在日常生活中传播的主要方式之一2,3,4

不同类型的面膜对增加呼气阻力和吸气阻力有不同的作用5.同时,在呼吸道疾病大流行期间,人们(包括健康人和心肺疾病患者)可能需要长时间佩戴口罩才能进行日常活动。然而,关于戴口罩对心肺功能影响的研究很少。

心肺运动试验(CPET)是心血管康复风险评估的重要手段,它反映了运动负荷增加时机体心肺功能的各种参数,被认为是心肺储备试验的金标准2。我们使用不同条件下(戴口罩和不戴口罩)的CPET来研究健康年轻受试者心肺功能参数的变化,从新颖的方法论角度客观定量地评估口罩对心肺储备和运动耐力的干扰,以指导口罩在特别是呼吸道传染病大流行中的应用。虽然FFP2/N95被认为在减少病毒感染方面比外科口罩更有效,但医用外科口罩比FFP2/N95口罩更方便、更常见。因此,本研究仅关注医用外科口罩对心肺功能的影响。

Protocol

Representative Results
