Cet article décrit un protocole étape par étape pour mettre en place un modèle ex vivo porcin de kératite bactérienne. Pseudomonas aeruginosa est utilisé comme un organisme prototypique. Ce modèle novateur imite l’infection in vivo car la prolifération bactérienne dépend de la capacité de la bactérie à endommager le tissu cornéen.
