We beschrijven het gebruik van full-field optische coherentiemicroscopie als een methode voor een hoogwaardige beoordeling van corneadonorstroma. Dit protocol kan worden gebruikt om kenmerken te identificeren die wijzen op gezondheid of ziekte, en is gericht op het verbeteren van de screening en selectie van donorweefsels, en dus de resultaten van keratoplastiek.
