Hier präsentieren wir ein Interaktom-Capture-Protokoll, das auf Arabidopsis thaliana Blatt-Mesophyll-Protoplasten angewendet wird. Diese Methode beruht kritisch auf in vivo UV-Vernetzung und ermöglicht die Isolierung und Identifizierung von p-mRNA-bindenden Proteinen aus einer physiologischen Umgebung.
