Het doel van het huidige protocol was om een methode die functioneel genomische analyses van mestcel secretie zal ontwikkelen. Het protocol is gebaseerd op kwantitatieve beoordeling van de release van een tl-reporter-gen cotrasfected met het gen van interesse en real-time analyses van de morfologie van de secretoire korrel's.
