Den subretinale implantasjonen av retinalpigmentert epitel (RPE) er en av de mest lovende tilnærmingene for behandling av degenerative retinale sykdommer. Imidlertid er ytelsen til prekliniske studier på store øyedyrmodeller fortsatt utfordrende. Denne rapporten presenterer retningslinjer for subretinal transplantasjon av RPE på en cellebærer i minigriser.
