Hier presenteren we een protocol voor de voorbereiding van twee verschillende vormen van cultuur substraten met behulp van controletype I collageen. Afhankelijk van hoe collageen wordt afgehandeld, collageen moleculen onderhouden twee-dimensionale, niet-vezelig vorm of Monteer in driedimensionale, fibril formulier. Celproliferatie op typ ik collageen wordt drastisch beïnvloed door de vorming van de fibril.
