Hier presenteren we een protocol om te slaan van de hersenen en hart bio signalen in muizen met behulp van gelijktijdige video, elektro-encefalografie (EEG) en elektrocardiogram (ECG). Ook beschrijven we methoden voor het analyseren van de resulterende opnamen van het EEG-ECG voor vangsten, EEG spectrale vermogen, hartfunctie en hartfrequentie-variabiliteit.
