Vi præsenterer her, en protokol for at optage hjerne og hjerte bio signaler i mus ved hjælp af samtidige video, electroencefalografi (EEG) og Elektrokardiografi (EKG). Vi beskriver også metoder til at analysere de resulterende EEG-ECG-indspilninger for krampeanfald, EEG spektrale magt, hjertefunktion og hjertefrekvens variabilitet.
