Eine schnelle Bakterienpellet Herstellung von einer positiven Blutkultur kann als eine Probe für Anwendungen wie die Identifizierung durch MALDI-TOF, Gram-Färbung, antibiotische Resistenzprüfung und PCR-basierte Tests verwendet werden. Die Ergebnisse können schnell auf Ärzte mitgeteilt, das Ergebnis von Patienten mit Infektionen der Blutbahn zu verbessern.
