We beschrijven hier een protocol voor het kweken van muizen pulmonale endotheelcellen. Deze methode bestaat uit mechanische en enzymatische longweefsel dissociatie evenals een 2-staps zuiveringsproces met behulp van anti-PECAM-1 en anti-ICAM-2 antilichamen geconjugeerd aan magnetische korrels, die een pure endotheelcellen bevolking van voornamelijk microvasculaire oorsprong produceert.
