פרוטוקול זה מתאר את התהליך לביצוע הערכה נוירופיזיולוגית של שרירי הגפיים התחתונות, טיביאליס קדמי וסוליאוס, בתנוחת עמידה באמצעות TMS אצל אנשים לאחר שבץ. עמדה זו מספקת הסתברות גבוהה יותר לעורר תגובת TMS לאחר שבץ ומאפשרת שימוש בכוח ממריץ מופחת במהלך הערכות נוירופיזיולוגיות.
