Vi beskriver detaljerede protokoller for brug af FLLIT, en fuldautomatisk maskine llære metode til ben klo bevægelse sporing i frit at flytte Drosophila melanogaster og andre insekter. Disse protokoller kan bruges til kvantitativt at måle subtile gangart bevægelser i vilde type fluer, mutant fluer og flyve modeller af neurodegeneration.
