Vi beskriver en semi-kvantitativ tilnærming for å måle karakteristikker av corticolous (bark-bolig) arthropod lokalsamfunn. Vi plasserte kommersielt produserte klissete feller på treet Boles å anslå overflod, total lengde (et surrogat til biomasse), rikdom, og Shannon mangfold for sammenligning mellom treslag.
