Dette arbejde præsenterer en ny behandlings- og billedprotokol for tykt, tredimensionelt vævs tværsnit analyse, der muliggør fuld udnyttelse af konfokale billeddannelsesmodaliteter. Denne protokol bevarer antigenicitet og repræsenterer et robust system til analyse af hudhistologi og potentielt andre vævstyper.
