Her præsenterer vi en procedure til udførelse af storskala Ca 2+ -billeddannelse med cellulær opløsning på tværs af flere kortikale lag i frit bevægelige mus. Hundredvis af aktive celler kan observeres samtidigt ved hjælp af et miniature, hovedmonteret mikroskop kombineret med en implanteret prisme probe.
