Een uitgebreid overzicht van de technieken die betrokken zijn bij het genereren van een muismodel van orale kanker en kwantitatieve controle van de tumor invasie in de tong door middel van multi-foton microscopie van gelabelde cellen wordt gepresenteerd. Dit systeem kan dienen als een nuttig platform voor de moleculaire beoordeling en werkzaamheid van het geneesmiddel van anti-invasieve verbindingen.
