Neste vídeo descrevemos uma técnica de administração de uma solução de interesse no ducto mamário de um coelho e confirmamos a entrega por ultrassom de alta resolução de agentes de contraste.
Protocol
1. Preparação pré-operatória Grave o peso corporal de cada coelho. Como em todos os estudos pré-clínicos, monitore os pesos dos animais regularmente para avaliar a toxicidade potencial. Antes de anestesiar o coelho, encha um tubo cônico de 50 mL com gel de ultrassom comercialmente disponível e gire a 500 x g para 30 s; não deve haver bolhas visíveis no gel após a conclusão da centrifugação.
