本ビデオでは、ウサギの乳腺管に目的の溶液を投与する技術を説明し、造影剤の高解像度超音波画像処理により送達を確認する。
Protocol
1. 術前準備 各ウサギの体重を記録します。すべての前臨床試験と同様に、動物の体重を定期的に監視して潜在的な毒性を評価します。 ウサギを麻酔する前に、市販の超音波ゲルで50 mL円錐チューブを充填し、30 sの場合は500 x gで回転します。遠心分離が完了するとゲルに目に見える泡があってはならない。 グリコピロレートを0.1mg/kgの用量で皮下投与し、アセプロマジ?…
