Publicerade data avseende koncentrationer av kalcitonin-genrelaterade peptider (CGRP) i human plasma är inkonsekventa. Dessa inkonsekvenser kan bero på bristen på en standardiserad, validerad metod för att kvantifiera denna neuropeptid. Här beskriver vi ett validerat enzymkopplat immunosorbentanalysprotokoll (ELISA) för att rena och kvantifiera CGRP i human plasma.
