Ovo elektroporasyonunu kullanarak, devre montajının ayrı dönemlerinde kırılgan X mental retardasyon proteininin hücre grubuna özgü bir nakavtını sağlamak için tavuk embriyolarındaki işitsel iç kulağı ve koklear çekirdeği seçici olarak transfekte etmek için bir yöntem geliştirdik.
