Dit protocol presenteert een nieuwe chirurgische techniek van niertransplantatie bij muizen, gericht op een aangepaste arteriële anastomosestrategie. Een vasculaire hechttechniek inclusief een eenvoudige en veiligere ureter-blaas anastomose methode wordt ook gepresenteerd. Deze wijzigingen verkorten de operatietijd en verbeteren het slagingspercentage van de niertransplantatieprocedure bij muizen.
