Aangezien GPCRs aantrekkelijke geneesmiddelendoelstellingen zijn, is GPCR ligandscreening dus onmisbaar voor de identificatie van loodverbindingen en voor deorphanisatiestudies. In de richting van deze inspanningen beschrijven we PRESTO-Tango, een open-source resource platform dat wordt gebruikt voor gelijktijdige profilering van voorbijgaande β-arrestin2 werving bij ongeveer 300 GPCRs met behulp van een TEV-gebaseerde reporter test.
