Wir präsentieren ein vollständiges Protokoll zur postmortalen Diagnose von Tiertollwut unter Feldbedingungen mit Hilfe eines schnellen immunchromatographischen diagnostischen Tests (RIDT), von der Probenahme der Hirnbiopsie bis zur endgültigen Interpretation. Wir beschreiben auch weitere Anwendungen mit dem Gerät für molekulare Analyse und virale Genotypisierung.
