Her præsenterer vi en protokol til påvisning af tumor somatiske mutationer i cirkulerende DNA til stede i patientens biologiske væsker (biofluider). Vores dråbe digital polymerase kædereaktion (dpcr)-baseret metode muliggør kvantificering af tumor mutation alleliske frekvens (MAF), lette et minimalt invasivt supplement til diagnose og tidsmæssig overvågning af tumorrespons.
