Den P19 mus embryonale karcinom cellelinje (P19 cellelinje) er almindeligt anvendt til at studere den molekylære mekanisme af neurogenese med stor forenkling i forhold til in vivo-analyse. Her præsenterer vi en protokol for retinoinsyre-induceret neurogenese i P19 cellelinje.
