Vi har vurderet effekten af cervikal sympatisk ganglion blok på nerve reparation ved hjælp af kunstige nerve ledningsanlæg. Mandlige beagle hunde blev hver implanteret med en kunstig nerve på tværs af et 10 mm hul i den venstre ringere alveolære nerve; venstre cervikal sympatisk ganglion blev blokeret ved at indsprøjte 99,5% ethanol via lateral torakotomi.
